Important Policies

No Beaching Allowed

• Boats returned with sand on the prop or motor will forfeit the entire $400 deposit. Beaching can damage the propeller and impeller.

Age & License Requirements

• Responsible renter must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license (copy required).

Security Deposit

• A refundable $400 deposit is required to cover potential damage or excessive cleaning.

Boating Boundaries

• Our boats cannot travel past the NC Sandbar.
